Our Staff

	Barbara Young President – Barbara is a Co-owner of the Montgomery and Main Line Fish Window Cleaning locations which operate out of Collegeville PA. Since going into business in 2003, Barbara has continued to grow and expand the business successfully, to provide outstanding commercial and residential window cleaning in both quality and service throughout the Philadelphia suburbs.
	Roland Young IV Assistant General Manager – Roland has been with Fish Window Cleaning since 2004 from Window Technician, to Sales/Estimator, to Operations Manager, and to Assistant GM.  He supervises all production and sales efforts.  Roland spends most of his free time with his fiancé and daughter at their home in Collegeville gardening and working around the house and yard.
	Kenneth "Ken" Dolan Door-to-Door Sales – Ken is a career salesperson who has been with Fish Window Cleaning since 2015.  He enjoys the opportunity to meet new people and potential customers daily.  Ken is a husband and proud father of three from Newton, PA.
	Trevor Campbell Lead Technician – Trevor, a long-term employee since 2009 is one of our lead technicians who manages technicians while on residential and project jobs. Trevor is dedicated to and takes pride in his work. He prefers quality to speed.
	Nolan Curran Lead Technician – Nolan is a long-term employee who has worked with us since 2010 both part-time and full-time while attending Drexel University’s engineering program. Nolan specializes in both commercial and residential cleaning. Nolan is highly detailed in his work and he will tell you “quality is my #1 mission.”
	Thomas “Tom” Lerro Technician – Tom is one of our production assistants since 2014. While you will always see him with one of our other technicians, he is proficient on his own in both commercial and residential cleaning.
