Do you clean commercial and residential windows?
Yes. We clean both commercial and residential windows. We specialize in low-rise buildings (i.e., 3 stories and under). In certain circumstances we can clean higher than 3 stories. A simple site visit will allow us to determine if we can clean higher than 3 stories.
Do you offer any other services?

Are you insured?
Yes, we are bonded and insured and we carry Worker’s Comp insurance so that you AND your customers are protected when we are on your property.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. We are committed to customer satisfaction.
Do you require contracts?
No. Our contract with you is verbal. This puts the pressure on us to give you the absolute best service EVERY time we see you. With a contract companies tend to be concerned about your business at renewal time and consider you “locked in” the rest of the year.
Can you give me an estimate over the phone?
To be fair, it is best for us to visit your location and give you an on-site estimate. No worries, it’s FREE. The reason we suggest this is because over the phone it isn’t possible to evaluate the site and obstacles properly. If we estimate over the phone we will either be too high or too low. Either way someone is going to be unhappy. When we come out to your location we will give you an accurate estimate based on your particular property.
Do you clean in the rain?
Yes. If you are concerned about the rain making your windows look dirty after we clean rest assured it will not. Rain water does not cause your windows to look dirty or streaked. Windows become dirty from the wind blowing dust and debris against your windows. Actually, rain water is about as pure as water can be. Cleaning the windows on a regular basis keeps the glass clean and allows rain water to run off without leaving streaks or spots.
Is there any weather you will not clean in?
While we do clean in the rain we will postpone cleaning during severe weather such as lightning or high winds (if using a ladder).
