“In this day, it is difficult to get reliable and dependable services for things around your home; your company is the exception! The two young men are outstanding representatives of your company. Not only are they friendly and polite, but responsible and professional. Our appointment “window” was from 10 AM to 12:30PM. Typically, you are stuck waiting around for the service personnel to arrive, not you guys! Your team called me promptly at 10AM to tell me they would be at my home at 10:45. Imagine my surprise when they showed up just as they said they would; KUDOs in my book. Now, for a few words on the actual service experience. My husband and I decided to have our windows and screens cleaned with the notion that if the screens did not meet our standards after cleaning, we would invest in new sunscreens – a must here in the “valley of the sun” and would cost us around $1500 to replace them with the same grade and quality of the existing screens. Well, we never thought in a million years that we would not have to replace them, but your service and products use, made them to be like brand new again. This saved us time and hassle of getting new screens. It is not often I recommend a company to friends and family, but this time I will. You and your team have our utmost confidence that we will you will give the same level of service to them. GREAT JOB!”
